Step 4: Contacting your New Signups

You will get an email notification from Hits4Pay when someone signs up under you.  I recommend contacting all of your sign ups with a welcome letter letting them know that you are out there to help them when they need it. People like to know that there is someone available to help them if the need presents itself. People do not like to be left "hanging". So, you will offer help when you can, and if you cannot help them with a particular concern, you can direct them to the Hits4Pay support line or your sponsor. 

Once you see that they are signed up, send this simple letter:

Hello <THEIR NAME>,

Congratulations on giving  this a try. As you already know, my name is <YOUR NAME> and you can pretty much view me as your virtual helper. Now whether you decided to do this to make some simple pocket change here and there, or if you are one of those who would really like to make good money with this, then I am here for you either way. If ever you run into any stumbling blocks or have any questions, then please feel free to email me. I do not intend to leave you hanging. I will do my best to help you as best as I can. Your success is my success.
 
It usually takes approximately 24 hours to have you registered with the company (most times this happens much quicker so check periodically).  Once that is completed I will send you some more information to get you started. In the meantime familiarize yourself with the www.hits4pay.com site a bit.
