Set Goals

My first month, I set a goal of 300 signups. In just two weeks, I had over 100.  How? I set up 5 email addresses and posted DAILY, in the morning on Craigslist. It takes me about 15 minutes to do so (using "copy" and "paste" with my mouse ..... EXTREMELY time saving). I answer ads in the evening and also help current signups at that time.

I think the main point here is that I spend time on this EVERY day!  Not alot of time every day but all the same every day. This helps keep me motivated (thats not hard as I see progress every day towards my goals) and my team not only feels that they are supported, they know they are supported!  

There is always someone 'Home'.  Another goal I have is to keep communication channels open between my team and myself as well as between my team members.
